We offer two convenient shipping methods to customers worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every belt, hat, jewelry piece, and accessory from Deals Madewell Store. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gloves
- Hair Accessories
Exceptions are made if these items arrive defective or damaged (must be in original, unopened packaging).
Return Process
