Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on gloves and hair accessories unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will initiate your refund. The timing depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including our sunglasses & eyewear collection), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency
